Sophie Gardner 

Welkin Earth founder

Sophie is an experienced, multidisciplinary researcher, within sectors such as integrative heath, environment and social justice. She has more than 15 years experience in community project work, development 

consultation and support work with various organisations, campaigns and NGO’s, as well as complementary health work and social care.  

In her various capacities she has coordinated social care projects, refugee aid efforts and developed campaigns from their inception. Sophie has also worked as a front-line volunteer, initiator and coordinator within social intervention, rehabilitation and community engagement.

She is managing project planning and implementation for Welkin Earth.

Caroline Sinclair 

Patron and Consultant

Caroline is a public speaker and organisational support for NGOs, charities, associations and community ventures.

 

Previously a UN diplomat specialising in financial reconstruction models for emerging nations.

 

She is a peace and reconciliation protagonist exampled by her previous directorship of Peace Not War, a peace music project.

 

Amongst other accolades she won London’s best speaker in 2010 through the prestigious Society of Cogers.

 

She is acting as patron, organisational consultant and researcher for Welkin Earth.

Seem Samuel

Marketing and Brand Development Manager

Seem Samuel is a Digital Marketing Executive with a long track record in building brands, over-achieving sales targets and team management. In short he is a pro at building relationships.

 

He is a keen music producer and a truly connective and creative mind.

Seem is heading up the Louder Rooms project to help unsigned music artists to connect and build a community with deep aspirations and conscience.

 

He is also helping Welkin Earth

to develop our digital communication strategies and campaign plans.

Daniel Gardner 

Finance and Business Consultant

Daniel is an Accountant. He holds qualifications in finance and accounting, and a degree in Politics and International Relations.

He is a dedicated activist and performance artist, speaking widely on issues such as warfare, social justice and human rights. 

In his spare time he is writing a book about culture and politics, reading a library of Alexandria equivalent in books, and has been developing programs for education and campaigns.

He is acting as finance and business development support consultant for Welkin Earth.
